In which subject I should apply for PhD having qualified UGC-NET in Maths being a Computer Science teacher since 4 years?
Respected Sir,
I have passed my PG in Maths and Computer Science both. I have also qualified UGC-NET in Maths. But I am Teaching in Computer Science from last 4 years. So I am confused that what should I do? Whether I will apply for PhD in Maths or in Computer Science? |

You should apply for PhD in the subject in which you are more comfortable.
PhD is a research oriented course. So you should keep in mind that you will have to do some research work and it is up to you decide on which subject you want to do so. If you have passion to do research on a particular subject then it is better to pursue the course of PhD in that subject only. So the decision is up to you. |

According to UGC NET exams are compulsory to get admission in ph.d (doctors in philosophy)...if you want to become computer science lecturer you should clear your NET in computer science...and get entry in ph.d program.
