I am working as computer science lecturer in one of the Delhi university college from past 15 years(twelve as temporary faculty and app. Three as permanent faculty) .i am also NET qualified.i want to do phd in computer science/application or information practice/management from a ugc recognised university either state,centre or private where physical attendance is not compulsory on daily or weekly basis preferably in , barrelli , Agra , Aligarh and areas near delhi(NCR).
