Which university is best between University of Burdwan and Vidyasagar University to do Ph.D if got 51% in MA English? Procedure to enroll in these universities?


Hello sir, I have completed MA English with 51% marks and want to do Ph.D from University of Burdwan or Vidyasagar University. Which university is best for it? What is the procedure to enroll in these universities?

First of all, you need 55% marks in MA degree to become eligible for Ph.D admission in India. Only in case of reserved category, 51% marks will be enough after relaxation.

Hence, if you want to get admission in any UGC recognized university, then make sure you have at least 55% marks.
