The qualification is simple, you should have completed your Masters degree from a recognized university having scored a minimum of 55% in aggregate. You will further on have to appear for NET/SET examination and after clearing the examination, you will be very much eligible to apply for admission in various colleges you are eligible for.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
