Is it necessary to have regular degree of M.Com for doing PhD or private degree will be considered for the PhD with 55% and above? Please help me to know about this.

Distance mode M.Com degree from a recognized university is definitely valid for Ph.D admission in India. Just make sure that you have got at least 55% marks in post graduation.

Admission will be based on the performance in written exam and interview which is conducted by the concerned university or institution.

Yes, of course M.Com course students are eligible to apply for PhD degree course. The candidate required to score more than 55% of marks at Master degree level to be eligible for PhD course.

There is no age limit required for doing PhD in Hindi. The admission to the PhD is mainly dependent on the total marks acquired by the individuals in the entrance exam conducted by the respective university. Those who are already qualify in the UGC exam can directly eligible for Interview.
