For IAS exam you need to be a Graduate or its equivalent from a recognized University. As far as i know Chartered Accountants are definitely eligible for IAS exam. Hence, if you are CA then definitely you can apply for Civil Services Exam which is conducted by UPSC every year.

You don't need a Post Graduate degree for IAS exam, so don't worry if you don't have Post Graduation because CA is sufficient to make you eligible for IAS exam.

The age limit for Civil Services exam is 21 to 30 years for General category candidates. There is age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for physically handicapped candidates.

The selection is purely based on merit and you have to face stages like preliminary exam, mains exam and interview. Also you have to pass some medical fitness tests before getting appointed. Hence, be prepared for this exam if you have CA qualification.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
