Can a physics, chemistry and biology student join the merchant navy? No one is telling me that I can join merchant navy while I have passed my 12th in PCB. Can anyone tell me in simple statement that am I eligible or not?

No, you are not eligible to apply for merchant navy after completing 12th with PCB. Here is the eligibility criteria to apply in merchant navy:

> You should have completed 12th standard or equivalent with physics, chemistry and mathematics as compulsory subjects.

> Age should not be more than 20 years. For SC/ST candidates there is age relaxation of 5 years.

> You must have normal eyesight that is 6/6.

As you have completed 12th with physics, chemistry and biology, so you are nt eligible to join merchant navy.

No, you are not eligible for Merchant Navy exam.

Eligibility criteria for Merchant Navy exam-

Those candidates who have passed your 12th or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from central/state board or recognized school are eligible for Merchant Navy exam.

Your age should be below 20 years.
