sub:about job in case of arrears.
I am mechanical engineering in Amrita University. I have arrear in first year but I had cleared by 2nd year and my cgpa is about 8 points can I get a job?

Yes, you can apply for private job having an arrears in 2nd year of engineering. But before that make sure you have passed all your subjects.
Also candidate must have passed graduation with more than 60% marks or 6.0 GPA.
Age of candidate must be below 25 years for freshers.
Also candidates must not have more than 2 years gap between their studies.
