Can I Eligible for Govt Job after Completing B.Tech from only UGC But not AICTE Approved private university?

I am planning to do B.Tech from ITM University Raipur. But this university is only UGC Recognize But not Approved by AICTE.After Completing B.Tech from that university Can I apply for govt job OR Can I do My M.Tech from AICTE Approved College/Institution?
Some people say that if you completing your B.Tech from private university then you are not further eligible for various Govt job and not eligible to persue M.Tech and also cant go to abroad for jobs
There is big confusion so clear my doubt.

Yes,you will be eligible for government jobs after completed graduation course from any private university.
Here ,the only condition is that the university is recognized from UGC and DEC.
In our constitution there is a separate private university establishment act.
In India ,there are currently more than 60 private universities in various states are working.
