Hello Sir, I want to know about BPS Services of Concentrix Daksh. Concentrix is scheduling an interview and it will going to be held after 3 days. I have heard about BPO services but what is BPS services? Can you please define this job by TCS?

You will be allocated to work in Customer Services after getting selected in this company.

Generally the work in Customer services may include, Handling and responding to the customer requests through call to ensure prompt resolutions of the queries. You are required to gather the complete information to access and fulfill the customer needs.

Role - Associate or Senior Associate (Non Technical)

Functional Area - BPO, KPO, ITES, Customer Service, Operations voice..etc.,

Industry - Call Center/ ITES/ BPO

The basic educational qualification required is Graduation in concerned stream from a recognized university and freshers or experience candidates can apply for this recruitment.
