Hi,
I am waiting to ILP in TCS, then after they give the employment to me. So, I need the basic salary details for BPO works in TCS. Please give me all the relevant information regarding this as soon as possible.

When we talk about BPO, then basic salary is 5,000 to 8,000. But this salary depends on company to company. If you are working in a Domestic BPO you will be paid till 6,000 but if you are working in a MNC BPO then you can expect salary till 15,000. But, this salary you can expect after the completion of 2 years in the BPO.

Initially you have to start from the basic salary only that is 7,000 to 8,000 per month.
Initially, employees are not paid high as they are in the training or probation period.
once they are experienced, then there are chances for their hike as well as appraisal.
