I cam to know that Amazon is hiring B.Sc graduate in Hyderabad through Off Campus Interview. It is clearly mention that after selection, candidates have to undergo paid training. So, my question is, after training, they will also select candidate and rejected some of them?

It depends totally on the company projects their policy their requirements and all these things. So, even we can not predict what will happen as this is the case of internal company rules.
