Is it ok to add like this to apply for some other company and see if I can get through it?

No, it's not advisable to add about your previous placement details in the Resume which will create a bad impression on you for sure. You can add the work experience details only if you have started the work in the company for atleast 6 months.

So, do not put the placement details in the resume. Just ensure that you prepare the resume in a professional way which should more or less do. There is a possibility that the interviewer may question you at last if they find you as a good candidate to recruit about your previous placements by then you can let them know about it.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
