Sir, my name is Anil Kumar, resident of Karnal, Haryana, I have passed Electrical Engineering in this year and I want to join as Electrical Officer in Merchant Navy. May I request you to please guide me about merchant navy?

For officer level job in merchant navy, you must have B.Tech in marine engineering or B.Sc nautical science qualification along with pre sea training. There is no other way to get an officer job.

Merchant don't prefer any other engineering graduates. You must have the qualification according to the job profile.
