No, you are not eligible for Genpact Off-campus recruitment process because you have B.Com degree. Only B.Tech, B.E, MCA, B.Sc, BCA and M.Sc degree holder candidates are eligible for Genpact.

Genpact is a reputed multinational company.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for Genpact is,

Genpact= 60%

Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for Genpact recruitment.

Pattern for Genpact written test:-

1. Quantitative /analytical reasoning (20 questions)
2. Verbal ability (20 questions)
3. Technical section (10questions)

Rounds in Genpact:-

1.Aptitude test
2.GD
3.Technical test
4.HR
