Hello everyone, I have an off campus interview in IBM at Pune. I want to know that what are the rounds they are going to take for selecting candidates? I am a B.Tech Mechanical Engineer and preparing for Interview in IBM, so I want to know about the rounds.

To apply for IBM Off Campus drive, you can visit their official website and open the career page. Now select the specific job position you want to apply and submit. The selection of the candidates depends upon a couple of rounds, which includes:

> Written online examination

> Group discussion

> Technical interview

> HR interview

Hence, if you clear all these rounds successfully, then you can get selected to work in IBM

Number of Rounds available in IBM Off Campus drive B.Tech Candidates:

The total number of rounds available in IBM Off Campus drive are 3 rounds. They consists of,

<> Written Exam

<> Technical Interview

<> HR Interview

The minimum percentage required in IBM Off Campus recruitment is as follows,

* In 10th Class - Minimum 65% marks
* In 12th Class - Minimum 65% marks
* In B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech/ MCA - 65% marks

The first round is online written test and it's similarly like an Aptitude test. This has four section and it includes,

Once you qualify written examination, then you will be called for Technical Interview which is followed by HR Interview.
