Dear Friends,
I am preparing for Interview of IBM for ASE post. Can you let me know how many rounds are there in this Off-Campus Interview?

The selection rounds in IBM for Associate Software Engineer are :-

- Online written aptitude test.
- Group Discussion (however, not in every recruitment drive, depends on the time limit for that drive)
- Technical interview
- HR Interview
Both technical and HR interview can be mingled into one interview.

Online Aptitude Test

Technical Interview

Management Interview

HR Interview

IN IBM off campus you have to go through 4 rounds.
List of rounds i am mentioning here.

1. Written test [online or Offline]
2. group Discussion.
3. Technical round.
4. HR Rounds.

** These are the common round that you have to go through and after qualifying all the
rounds you will be eligible to get into the CMMI level 5 Company called IBM.

So, you need to prepare for the Interview by Heart.
