Promotional activities available in IBM for Software Engineers?
Hello Sir/Madam,
Can you tell me about the promotional activities available in IBM as I am an employee of IBM working as a Software Engineer from the last 2 months. Waiting for your reply. |

Promotional activity in any company is done in a yearly basis, that is once in a year.
And during this time all the employees based on their work get promotion. This promotion can be in any form, whether it be in the form of salary hike or in the form of your job profile change . That is you can be promoted to manager from reporting manager. So, promotional activity is yearly based. |
