Respected Sir,
I have got placed in Syntel and I want to know the promotional activities in Syntel. I am a B.Tech graduate. Kindly let me know immediately.

There is nothing called such as promotional Activity in Syntel.
I have been knowing many of the employee of Syntel, they are not involved in any of the promotional activity.

After getting selected in the Syntel you will have to go under training for One months.

1. First Two days will be your induction program.
2. Third day will be your Launch pad program.
3. 4th day will be your Soft Skill training.
4. 5th day will be some bank account opening program
6. After 7th day your actual training will be started.

** So, before going to the Training just brush up these concepts;

1. Software development life Cycle.
2. JAVA
3. OOPS.
