What does 60% throughout mean while applying for an MNC?

I have done my class 10th from ICSE board in 2008.
I have scored 58.3 % aggregate and 63.2% in best five.
And I have scored above 70 in 12 and B.Tech.
So will MNC consider best five percentage as per norms of ICSE or aggregate?
Please help me out because I want to know that am I eligible for MNC asking for 60% throughout?

Securing 60% marks throughout academics means, to scored minimum 60% marks throughout your academics. i.e., you must have scored

* minimum 60% marks in 10th Class

* Minimum 60% marks in 12th Class and

* Minimum 60% marks in Graduation/ B.E/ B.Tech. As far as your percentage criteria is concerned, I am really sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for MNC (Multi National Companies) recruitment which demand candidates to score minimum 60% marks throughout their academics. As you have secured 58.3% marks aggregate which are less than 60% marks, I am extremely sorry to say that you are not eligible to sit of top MNC companies recruitment processes. I suggest you to apply for small scale IT Companies with the present percentage criteria.
