I just want to know what kind of training will be given to the selected candidates in Pratian Technologies Interview for the post of Software Developer? Can somebody please tell me about the training which is conducted for such post in this company?

After selection of the candidate in a recruitment drive. based on their degree of specialization they are divided into various training slot with different technology.

Say for example, if you are an IT or CSE candidate and you got selected in the campus recruitment drive then you will be given training on JAVA for CSE guy and .NET for IT guy most probably.

So, this depends on your specialization. Till then there will be no post. You will be trained as a trainee till the training period and then will be kept in probation period.
Once your probation period is over then you will be given designation.

The training is given initially to all the freshers in the company for the post of software developer. You will be allotted a particular technology in which you will be trained and offered projects to work. You will need to get trained in that particular technology, clear all the rounds for successful completion of the training. That technology will be your domain based on which you will get the work. Later if you want you can switch to other technologies.
