I am completed 3year diploma in mechmechanical engg. Sir my dream is to get a job in merchant navy.. But I don't know how can i reach my destination . sir please help me by providing your valuable reply. Thank you for answering in future.

Surely you can get a job in merchant navy, if you are determined for it.
So, before approaching your dream you must be knowing following things about your dream:

1. What you are dreaming for.
2. What is your strategy.
3. How you are preparing to achieve it.
4. Any extra effort you are applying for it.

Once, you get to know about these requirements, try to execute your plan accordingly.
And one day you will gt success.

Merchant Navy deals with commercial services. Admission to merchant navy is made through an entrance followed by a screening test and a main written examination. After clearing the test, there is an interview and a medical test. The candidate needs to complete a ship-training course prior to the employment. The course is generally short-term where the candidates are taught basic security concerns of voyaging.

Eligibility Criteria required to join Merchant Navy :-

-The candidate should have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

-The candidate must be Indian citizens.

-Both unmarried male and female can apply for merchant navy.

-The candidate needs to have normal vision but glasses up to plus or minus 2.5 is allowed.
