I am planning to gte a job in Syntel. But the problem is that i have gap after 12th. SO i want to know if Syntel allows study gap or not?

Yes you are eligible to apply for Syntel Placement examination after having 1 year Gap Between 12th.

One thing keep in your mind is that Only 1 year Gap is valid to apply for Syntel recruitment.

No backlogs should be there at the time of recruitment.

A maximum of one year gap is allowed. So, if you have one year gap in your studies then, definitely you are eligible to apply for Syntel examination. More than one year gap in studies, you are ineligible to apply for syntel examination.

Syntel Eligibility:

An applicant should have completed B.E/B.Tech/MCA from a recognized university or equivalent qualification. An applicant's must have secured at least 55% marks in 10th, 12th, graduation and post-graduation. Final year of degree course may also apply.

Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for Syntel recruitment.

Syntel is a reputed multinational company.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for Syntel is,

Syntel= 60%

You should not have any pending backlog.
