Whether Technical Associate post of Tech Mahindra is suitable for BCA graduate?
Hello Everyone,
I am going to attend Tech Mahindra Off-Campus Drive for the position of Technical Associate. I have completed my BCA. So, for me this job is suitable? Please advice me. |

Yes, this job is suitable for you for sure.
Since, every company hire the resource as a Technical Associate only. These technical Associates are the trainee who are in their probation period. And they will remain as a trainee until and unless they are billable or their probation period got over. So, if a candidate are from B.E/B.tech stream then also they will be hire as a technical Associates. |
