Can I get admission in IIT college if scored 91 marks in JEE Main and belongs to SC category?


Hello, I am Sanjana Agarwal and I belongs to SC category. I have appeared in JEE Main exam and got 91 marks. Can I get admission in IIT college at this marks? Please tell me I am worry about this.

To get admission in IIT, you have to appear in JEE Advanced examination after qualifying and securing top 2,00,00 rank in JEE Main examination. Since, you have secured 91 marks in JEE Main examination being a SC category candidate, if your JEE Main examination rank is among top 2,00,000 then, you will be allowed to appear in JEE Advanced examination. You need to qualify and secure good rank in JEE Advance examination to get admission in IIT.
