A student Visa is a multiple entry visa. This is valid for the period of study as approved by the educational institution in India. Indian visas are generally issued for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or 10 year period. The student has to sign in both the pages of the visa application, the signature should match with the signature in the passport. It is advisable to apply for your visa 15 days before your travel date.
