Dear sir, I am studying in 12th standard with PCB group and Mathematics as an optional subject. I have well prepared for PCB group but my Mathematics is very weak and I am scared to fail in this subject. Please tell me how to remove this from the optional subject?

For removing optional subject you have to talk with your school management. Only they can help you if your exam form has not submitted yet. Tell them your problem and they will surely help you and if your form has submitted then I'll suggest you to study hard and don't think about failure. Just work hard and you will surely get success.
