There are No Optional subjects which are directly related to your branch like for example

The students of EEE has optional of their core subject as Electrical Engineering


The students of Mech has optional of their core subject as Mechanical Engineering


The students of Civil has optional of their core subject as Civil Engineering

In this way there are some engineering branches which has direct relation with optional subject but you don't have that option

so you need to select optional Subjects from the available list.
i.e.,


Mathematics
Agriculture
Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science
Botany
Chemistry
Civil Engineering
Commerce
Economics
Electrical Engineering
Geography
Geology
Indian History
Law
Mathematics
Management
Mechanical Engineering

You can select any of the optional subjects in your Mains stage.
