Re: List of various Bank exams for 12th Arts student
Currently, 12th passed candidates are not eligible for any public sector bank exams like IBPS and SBI. You need at least a degree in any stream, to become eligible for such exams.
Previously, class 12th students were eligible for bank clerk exams conducted by IBPS and SBI, but now the minimum required qualification is raised. |

Re: List of various Bank exams for 12th Arts student
Most of the vacancies in government jobs are on the basis of bachelor degree qualification.
So as per my suggestion it will be better to pursue bachelor degree. The entrance examination for recruitment in government jobs are conducted by SSC ,IBPS, UPSC etc. If you want to join the banking sector then start preparation for IBPS or SBI entrance examination as per syllabus of the examination. For more details visit at www.ibps.in or www.sbi.co.in. |

Re: List of various Bank exams for 12th Arts student
You can not get any job in Banking sector because minimum academic qualification required for bank exams is bachelor's degree.
You can apply for other exams like: 1. SSC CHSL exam. 2. IB Security Assistant exam. 3. Clerical exams of state government. 12th passed candidates in arts stream are eligible for above exams. |

Re: List of various Bank exams for 12th Arts student
As far as you are concerned about getting a bank job after completion of your Class 12th then it is not possible as the minimum education for getting a bank job at any posts is a bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Once you complete your graduation degree you will become eligible for your recruitment as bank clerk or bank probationary officer as per your educational qualification but you must satisfy the other eligibility criteria too. So, in order to get a bank job you are required to first complete your graduation degree and then you need to qualify bank examinations such as IBPS bank examination and SBI bank examinations. |

Re: List of various Bank exams for 12th Arts student
There are several recruitment opportunities available for 12th passed candidates. But I am very sorry to say that you are not eligible to get job in Banking sector as there is no such opportunity for 12th background candidates. Recruitment's available and their educational qualification required are mentioned below.
>> For SSC CHSL Recruitment Qualification - 12th Class >> For SSC MTS Recruitment Qualification - 10th Class >> For Indian Railways TC Recruitment Qualification - 10th Class >> UPSC SCRA Recruitment Qualification - 12th Class >> UPSC NDA/ NA Recruitment Qualification - 12th Class Hence, you may not find employment opportunities in Banking field as the basic educational qualification required to be eligible for appearing in even clerical cadre recruitment is Banking is "Graduation" or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. |

Re: List of various Bank exams for 12th Arts student
I will really recommend you to complete graduation before applying for the banking exams. There are very few banks that still offer jobs to 12th pass candidate. Most have shifted to the graduation degree requirement, especially the Public Sector banks.
You are eligible for the state bank of India clerk entrance exam. State bank of India is the largest public sector banks in the country. You can apply for the in this bank through entrance exam. However, I should point out that government has recommended that the qualification criteria for clerk exam should be Graduation. IBPS has already accepted the recommendation. SBI may also follow the same path in the near future. Which is why I am asking you to complete complete graduation before applying for the SBI Bank Clerk entrance exam. Eligibility criteria SBI clerk exam: You should be an Indian to apply for the exam. You must have completed 12th standard. Candidate with Bachelor's degree are also eligible. There are no marks criteria for Bachelor's degree. Age limit: 18 to 28 years. |

Re: List of various Bank exams for 12th Arts student
First thing I would like to let you know that being a Class 12th student you are not eligible for getting a bank job at any post as the minimum educational qualification required for getting a bank job is a graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Further for your recruitment as bank officials in any nationalized banks of India you need to qualify entrance examinations such as IBPS bank examination or SBI bank examination. Apart from banking jobs, after completion of your Class 12th, you can apply for SSC CHSL examination for becoming lower divisional clerk in various government departments. You can also enter defense services as a commissioned officer by qualifying NDA entrance examination or tradesmen by clearing its recruitment process. |

Re: List of various Bank exams for 12th Arts student
Dear Aspirant, You can't take up a job by writing competitive exams as you have only completed 12th , All the bank exams need bachelor degree as the required qualification. By the way you can join as a local staff in the nearby bank by contacting the bank manager
Thank You. |
