I am about to sit in the on campus placement in few companies. So i am in dilemma about showing my 12th certificate of nios and diploma both together at the time of placement.

Actually NIOS is a recognized board and had same value as of others. So , if they ask you to show this certificate then you have to show.More over your diploma certificate is very important and you have to show this.

Yes, you should show 12th certificate of NIOS and Diploma together at the time of placement.
NIOS certificate has same value as that of all other board's certificate.
12th certificate will put a good impact over the interviewer.

It all depends on the company requirements that what the company requires as your educational qualification and in which post you are applying for. But most of the companies require all the educational qualification in your resume. So, that means you should show your all the educational qualification at the time of your placement.
