I have failed in 12th standard from up board. I want to know what are my possibilities to reappear in the 12th board from different board.

Let me tell you that a candidate should have done both 11th and 12th from same board.

It is not important for you to do 11th and 12th from different board.

So, I would like to suggest you to complete both your 11th and 12th from same board.

I am sorry to say you that it is not possible that you will reappear class 12th from the different board.
You can reappear class 12th from the same Board as your registration is done from there.
So, I will suggest you to clear your class 12th from the same Board rather than trying it from other Board.
