Can student passed 12th Board Exam with
ISC Board with PCM in may appear in Biology
(an additional subject) in next year from ISC Board?

Yes, you can reappear in the exam of class 12th with PCB. It is not a big issue. You may concern with the head of your school from where you gave the exam of 12th with PCM. He/She will definitely tell you the procedure of re-appearing in the exam. For more information you can also visit at the official website of ISC board. Firstly, you have to fill the form of Re-appearing in the exam with additional subject biology and then you have to submit the examination and registration fee after you will be able to give the exam.

No, you cannot appear for examination. For class 12 ISC the candidate must have to register a minimum of 4 subjects with English as one of the compulsory subject and you can opt for maximum of six subjects. As ISC provides the facility for students to reappear in the registered subjects to improve their grades if he/ she does not satisfy with their percentage.

No, the student once passed the Higher secondary examination can not appear the next time with another subjects as you are trying to do so, because you can not appear for the two different examination with the same roll number. Also, you need to take new admission as a correspondent to retake the examination with other subjects.

If, you had Biology as an additional subject and you wish to go for improvement examination in the concluding year, you are probably very much eligible for it. But, if you never had Biology as your main or additional subject as well, than you are probably wasting time and energy.

I am sorry to say this but ISC Board does not allow this provision to the students.
There is a scope for Improvement Examination if secured less marks but there is no provision to add a different subject for an already passed out student.
So you are not eligible to reappear for the 12th ISC Board Examination with Biology.
