Well, this is a political failure of our country. This is the misfortune of our country's youth where racism has preference over talent. This is the question that is to be better asked from the government. The answer for your asked question is that this is there to uplift the people of the backward and tribal region. Instead of providing reservation on the basis of financial ground, our country has its root on the race, region and cult.

Just to add number of votes to their political career, they compromise with the talent. Currently, it is a general candidate who is in downtrodden situation both financially as well as career wise. We can only hope for Renaissance from the present Government. If want to create change in the format of reservation basis, our country’s youth will have to raise their voices as one roar.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
