Sir I have done diploma in mechanical engg.can I join merchant navy? If yes,then how and where

Of course you can join the Merchant navy provided you have scored more than 50 % in diploma in mech. Engg and your college/ university is AICTE approved. Other eligibility criteria is as:
• Age Limit- below 28 yrs.
• You should be medically fit i.e fit (strong physically and mentally) for sea-services under standard norms.
• No color blindness. Eyesight without glasses should be 6/6.
• You should be a citizen of India.
You will have to do a Marine Engineering Course of 2 yrs duration. After that you shall havre to appear for MEO Class IV (A), 6 months Sea Service, MEO Class IV(B) after 6 months. After you have attained Class IV COC, you will start getting your salary.

Sir I jave completed my diploma in mechanical with 67% and my age is 29 can i apply for mercahnt navy.
