How to join merchant navy after completing B.Tech in mechanical engineering?
have recently completed my b.tech in mechanical engg. and i want to join merchant navy.i want to know what are the exact procedures to get into it,also want to know what are the future prospective of a job in merchant navy?

Sir i have completed my b.tech in mechanical engineering, but i have 53.4% in my 12th, can i get sponsership from any compony... Some compony has rejected me because of it, such as Anglo eastern and Fleet management.. Plz help me sir i am feeling very frustation because its my dream to join merchant navy since my childhood...

answer - search for mechant navy ship companies....... and see eligibilty.... simple.... 60 % is need for 10th, 12th, and graduation
