This degree is equally as a bhm course? I want to do the job in foreign countries like usa, london, australia after completion of my course so what should i have to do? please give me a good suggestion.

For further studies you need to crack GRE and IELTS/TOEFL with a decent score. Admission at reputed university is possible only with good scores. You have to mention these scores in the application while applying.

For jobs you can contact reputed job consultancies who deal in jobs abroad. You have to clear interview and do paperwork to go abroad for job.
