Hello Sir, Can I study science after pursuing for B.Com? I mean can I study both science and commerce at a time? Is it possible?

No, it is not possible to study both Science and Commerce stream courses at a time. The Science stream is completely different from Commerce stream.

You can pursue B.Com course after completion of your 12th standard or equivalent with Commerce stream and to be eligible to get admission in Science stream Graduation course, you must have passed your 12th standard with Mathematics. Biology, Physics and Chemistry subjects from a Government recognised board.

There are different streams like Arts/ Science/ Commerce, etc., for pursuing 12th standard. So, based on the stream you have pursued in your 12th standard, you can pursue either Commerce or Science stream course but, you can't pursue both Science and Commerce stream courses at a time.
