I want to study science in america but my cgpa is 7.4 is that possible to addmission in america i really want to study science beacause i want to become a docter

Yes, it is possible to get admission in USA even though you have a low CGPA. But you can get admission in the good universities of USA with a CGPA of 7.4 only if you fulfill any of the following conditions.

- You score very good marks in the entrance exams -GRE and TOEFL.
- You score exceptionally well in any one section of the entrance exam like Essay Writing.
- You have a good career record which involves industrial experience or extra curricular activities.

how i start study in norway for bechlur in electronics and communication field i already completed my diploma in e.c. with cgpa of 6.49. plz help
