I have already done my m.sc. with maths and b.ed. I have one and half year exp. in teaching. Now I want to do further my study from foreign. So, please tell me how I can do this?

Yes you can pursue higher studies as well as MS in Mathematics and for that you need to apply for the GRE and TOEFL Examination.
Once you are able to crack both these Examinations you must also clear an Interview that will be conducted by the University where you are applying for the course of PhD or MS.
Once you are able to clear all these hurdles you will be able to get admission for higher studies.
