I opt arts but now IM confused what to study what is more important more beneficial for me I want to study physiology but there is also not have a good scope now what to do what to choose

It is up to you to decide which course to study.
You must choose the course which you like most as their is ample opportunity in each and every course.
You just need to have good Domain Knowledge in the subject which you want to read.
If you are having good Domain Knowledge then there will be no problem for you in getting jobs in the future.
So study the course which you want to study and the outcome will be up to the mark.
