Possibility of continue degree in Singapore in 4th year Food Science and Technology?

I am 3rd Year poly Student i Sit in Food Science and technology Can I Continue my Degree in Singapore
If i not Qualify Is other way I have Continue study

If you are studying in Singapore then you will have the chance to change your college and study as all the colleges of Singapore will allow you that much of a leeway but if you are studying in any other country then you will not be allowed to continue with your degree as that is not possible for you to do.
So if you are studying in some other country it will be best for you to complete your course so that your 3 years are not wasted.
