I want to know if it is possible to do IELTS after passing my 10th. If it is possible then how should one apporoach for it. Please reply in breif with complete explanation.

Yes it is possible to do IELTS after 10th standard. There is no specific eligibility for the IELTS examination. So you can attend the examination. From a legal point of view, you can work in Canada/USA only if you are 18 years old otherwise you will not be able to work there.
