If you are an engineering graduate from IIT, then you can apply for job at various space organisation like ISRO, NASA, etc. Selection will be on the basis of merit.

Hence, make sure that you are well prepared for the selection procedure. ISRO releases vacancies every year for engineers, just apply accordingly.
