Hello, I want to do higher education in Abroad. I am from India and want to do Post Graduation in Argentina. I would like to know that is criminal record also matters to get study visa of Argentina?

A person with criminal record will definitely face problem in getting passport and visa approved for study. Without any police verification it is very difficult to visit any country these days.

Those undergoing any criminal trial will not be allowed to leave country in any case. Hence, if you have a clean record then only you will have a smooth process.
