How to fill Government of Kerala Law Entrance Exam Application Forms?

The Kerala Law Entrance Exam is conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations for the admission of aspirants in to the law programs offered in law institutes. Applicants who clear the exam can get admission into the course of their choice.

The test is held annually in the month of July. As the entrance examination is carried out in many centres within the Kerala State, students can appear for the same in a center near to them.

Instructions to be followed for filling in form

  • All details ought to be filled in correctly by the students. The blanks should be filled using the correct pen or pencil. This includes details of the examination centre. Every detail must be given precisely.
  • Applicants who are filling the form by the online method must give all details accurately. Students can edit the information if necessary in the end. But once it has been submitted, the information cannot be changed.
  • Once the form has been submitted, applicants must take 2 – 3 copies of the same and save it for further reference. One of these copies must be sent to the official address.
  • Admission forms and prospectus can be procured from the Office of the CEE. The same can also be got from all institutes of Law inside Kerala. Forms can also be taken from the official website of the CEE - www.cee-kerala.org.The issue of applications shall begin in July.
  • Price of application for General candidates is Rs 600/- and Rs. 300/- for SC/ST students.
  • All necessary papers must be affixed with the form before it is sent. The DD must be taken in the name of the CEE. It must be payable at Trivandrum.

Exemptions to be taken care while filling in form

A few things to be remembered by applicants:

  • Applicants must be an Indian citizen and ought to be of Kerala Origin.
  • Only graduates are permitted to appear for the 3 year LLB program.
  • Applicants who have written the exam this academic year can appear for the test as well.
  • Upper age limit for the 3 year LL.B Course is not there.
  • Last date for receipt of Kerala Law Entrance Exam Application Forms
  • Date of Examination: July 1st week
  • Last Date for reception of application forms: June mid, 2011

Admission forms that are received late shall not be accepted by the institution. Applications that are incomplete, damaged or addressed wrongly shall be rejected. No correspondence shall be sent to the aspirants regarding this matter.
