How to fill UPSC – Deputy Central Intelligence Officer Test forms?
Union Public Service Commission conducts an entrance test for the recruitment of suitable candidates to the post of Central Intelligence Officer which is known as Deputy Central Intelligence Officer Test. Applications are invited from the candidates whenever the vacancies are available. The interested candidates should fill the application forms properly to appear for this test.
Instructions to be followed for filling the UPSC – Deputy Central Intelligence Officer Test forms
The applicants are required to fill the forms properly in their own handwriting using the ball point pen. They should specify the post to which they are forwarding their application. An ITEM Number is given to each post. The applicants should write that number while specifying their post. They should use capitals letters while giving their full name as specified in the certificate of 10th standard. Also, they should specify their Date of Birth in the relevant column as exactly as given in the birth certificate. It is very important that the applicants should specify their centre code correctly. Code number of each centre will be given on the notification. The applicants should notice it thoroughly before specifying their centre. They should decide earlier whether they are submitting the forms through post or in person as there is a column on the form which indicates the mode of submission. They can specify their mode of submission by giving the relevant number. They should affix their photographs at the relevant space provided in the form.
Unsigned and incomplete application forms are worth rejection. Therefore the applicants should check whether they have filled the forms completely and put their signature at the appropriate place. They should write ‘APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF DEPUTY CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE OFFICER (TECHNICAL) UNDER SPECIAL ADVERTISEMENT NO.50/2010’ on the top of the envelope which contain application forms.
Exemptions to be taken care while filling in form
- The applicants should take care of the important factors given below before starting to fill the form.
- Those who are below 35 years of age can only write this test conducted for the recruitment of Deputy Central Intelligence Officer
- Five years of relaxation will be given to SC/ST candidates in the case of age limit while only three years will be given to OBC candidates
- Age relaxation of five years will be there for the U.T/Central government servants according to the instructions specified by Government of India
Acknowledgement of exam application form
The applicants can receive the acknowledgment from the concerned authority through post after submitting the form. For that, the applicants should indicate their address in the form correctly. Any queries regarding the acknowledgement can be sent to the concerned authority through post or they can approach the authority in person.
