Topics Studied in this paper:

The topics studied under the syllabus of this paper are Red-Herring Prospectus, different terms related to it, floating chart, its crystallization, shares and stock, etc.

Division of paper:

There is only one section in this paper but are divided according to the types of questions as short notes, short answers, etc.

Time and marks allotted:

The students are given three hours time duration to solve the paper. In these 3 hours, they are supposed secure this paper of 100 marks.

Paper Pattern:

The mode of language in which the paper comes is English. The total number of questions is 8 in this paper. Out of these 8 questions only six are to be answered correctly. The question no. 1 is the compulsory one. Only 5 more questions are to be attempted from the rest of the seven questions. That means one can omit two questions. The question paper contains all forms of questions like short notes type questions, short answer type, match the following, reason type. The maximum mark for each of the question paper is written on the right margin of the question paper. There is no negative marking for any wrongly answered questions. There is no word limit in this paper and the maximum time duration in which it is to be solved is of three hours.
