Jagannath Institute of Management Studies, Delhi conducts an admission process for admission to its 2 year Post Graduate Diploma in Management Programme. JIMS PGDM programme has been approved by AICTE and recognized by AIU as equivalent to MBA. JIMS was established in 1993 and since then has been providing quality education and training in the field of management.

Candidates are shortlisted for PGDM program of JIMS on the basis of their CAT/MAT scores. Therefore for admission in PGDM program of JIMS candidates have to compulsorily appear for either CAT or MAT. Candidates have to also apply separately for admission in JIMS. The candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of their scores in CAT/MAT have to appear in a further selection process consisting of a Personal Interview and a Group Discussion after which the final selections are made.

Eligibility criteria:

A candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institute with minimum 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA. Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply for provisional admission.

Availability of Application forms:

The forms for PGDM program of JIMS will be available directly from JIMS Office and selected Axis Bank Branches and IMS and Career Launcher centres. Candidates can also obtain the form by sending a request for the form along with a demand draft. The form can also be downloaded through the website: www.jimsindia.org or candidates can also apply online through the website.

• Last Date for submission of completed application forms: end of June, 2011

Selection process:

Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their CAT/MAT scores. The shortlisted candidates are then called for further selection process consisting of Group Discussion and Personal Interview.  Final selection is based on candidate’s performance in written test, Personal Interview and Group Discussion.
