Job Profile:

The candidate must be responsible for doing layouts such as charge pumps, Sense Amplifiers, Input output systems and reference systems. They will also be responsible for full chip layout design and must also tape out the same. The candidate must create layouts for standard and macro cells. Other responsibilities of the candidate include project management, full chip development and taping out the flow. The candidate has to work with the company’s physical design teams from India and USA for all the works.

Educational Qualification:

The candidate must hold a Diploma or a B.Sc. degree in Electronics. An engineering degree in Electronics will be considered as a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The candidate must have an experience of two to six years in the relevant industry. He or she must have experience in NAND flash memory layouts, Cadence platform and must have knowledge about reliability issues and checks.
