The college is affiliated to the Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur and is approved by the Bar Council of India. Eligibility criteria for getting admission:

Any candidate who have completed his/her graduation in any stream of education can apply to the LLB course offered by the college. In addition, candidates should also get qualified with essential marks in the graduation examination and in the admission test conducted by the B R Ambedkar Bihar University.
